Hey guys
I crossed the border into the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)!
After applying for the DRC visa in 5 different countries, I finally made it here!
But the moment we crossed the border, we were told there was an ongoing war in the area and we wouldn’t be able to continue on land.
Instead, we would have to take a series of boats that would take almost 2 weeks before we were able to start riding.
We finally started riding on the narrow trails through remote villages that had never seen white people before. It was a pretty crazy experience.
